While founded in 1911, the family behind Weingut Joh Jos Prüm has been growing vines in Germany’s Mosel region since the 17th century. They are renowned for creating some of the finest expressions of Mosel wines: full of poise, finesse, purity and vivacity, with a legendary potential for ageing. Grown in the famous Sonnenuhr vineyard, this Spätlese has intense lemon aromas, alongside a savoury, more herbal edge thanks to its cool climate. This is made in an off-dry style.
