Bin 707 Cab. Sauvignon Penfolds! WOW!! Sensational, powerful wafts of dense, ripe and pure Cabernet fruit explodes from the glass. If I ever had to show someone what Cab. Sauvignon was like, this is it, and in pure essence form. Rich with beautiful weight in the mouth, it has a really sensual texture and a length that is quite remarkable. Again, as with many Penfolds wines, its youthful exuberance is so attractive that I can see the appeal of drinking it young, but having been fortunate enough to have drunk older ones, it really is worth waiting a while. Devilishly good!
